🝔Pool- Pool is open 12 months out of year for swimming or cold plunging, and heated MOST of the year (March1-Dec 31st) If outside temps don't drop too low for extended periods of time. If air temps are at 40 degrees or below continuously and /or for consecutive nights, the pool heater will not be able to keep pool temps up, so heater is turned off temporarily. Pool heater automatically turns off at 40 or below. If cold weather is expected for extended periods , we turn pool heater off because it would not work anyway. If pool heater is on and there is a heavy rain, the water temps will drop until heater can catch up. We can not guarantee pool will be at ideal temperature., but strive to keep it at 85ish. If you book close to the checkin date, you can ask what what the chances are! In hottest part of summer, the heater is off because its plenty warm and most guests request it to be turned off.

Gather with your friends with your favorite cocktail in the gorgeous lounge like living/dining room furnished with a incredibly comfy mixture of high end and antique furnishings, plus a toasty fireplace to cozy up to on cold nights. The large dining room table is a perfect spot for lively conversations, board games , fancy or casual dining. There is also large secondary family room that opens into the totally epic huge backyard so your friends and family can spread out.
The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to make a huge holiday meal including classy dinnerware, wine and cocktail glasses, blender, basic spices, griddle and more. For the coffee lovers we have espresso, french press and even 2 tradition drip coffee makers to keep the caffeine coming! Have fun taking turns making your favorite cocktails with our fancy set up with includes shakers, stirrers, bitter, plus nice martini and cocktail glasses. We even have liquor store located right across the street!
Your friends and family will love the brand new heated pool which is warmed to 85 F most of the year except in extreme colds. It feels wonderful even on a chilly day. The shallow tanning deck also works great for little ones. There is also a large built in bench to keep cool on a hot summers day while enjoying your favorite beverage.
Relax in the shaded patio, furnished with super cozy sectional with fire table and dining table large enough for a crowd, is a great spot to enjoy your early morning coffee, watch the action in the back yard, hang out all day or eat your meals. Keep everyone busy and happy with the numerous outdoor games which include outdoor ping pong table, tether ball, Bocce court, and horseshoes, and more. POOL is heated March1-Dec 31st. (see disclosure). For the kiddos... the shallow end on pool (tanning deck), tonka trucks as well as a set of massive lego like blocks and more will keep them busy so the adults can chill out. We also have a couple toy drawers, dress up clothes and games inside for both the young and the old.
The 4 bedrooms are each furnished with super comfy mattresses, memory foam pads added and gloriously soft bedding . The bedrooms are sun filled with high ceilings. It has 3 King beds, 1 queen, and 1 twin, making it a great choice for a large family, bachelorettes or 4 couples. Two of the bedrooms have desks and high speed internet as well, to catch up on work if needed. We also have the highest internet speed available in the area. All three bathrooms have a shower and one also has a tub for nice long soaks.

There a king and two twins as well as a private bathroom.

Painted a beautiful dark green, has a King, and a twin day bed . This room has tall windows, is bright with light and has a large desk as well.

This lovely space was the old sunroom with windows on three sides. Its small but sweet and can be used as a second Master bedroom because of the brand new bathroom tucked at end of back hall.
We have 1 GIG of internet so you can work here without worrying about your connection, and 2 great desks with a lot of surface area. Backyard table is also a great option on a nice day so you can watch the kids play while you catch up on work.
